About your toddler’s milestones
There are three major categories in which we see the milestones.
• Physical development
Your child gets very happy when he or she is involved in physical activity. This is because they have just developed gross motor skills. He/she can walk, run, and jump now. The children of this age can take the stairs easily. They know how to kick and throw a ball. Some kids can also ride a tricycle. Interestingly, he/she can now open the cookie jar by unscrewing the lid.
• Cognitive development
Now that your child is in preschool age, there is cognitive development as he/she can now recognize letters and numbers on the books. But that is not all, they can now turn the pages of a book, they can solve some puzzles, they know the colors and their names as well.
• Social development:
Your kid will have no problem interacting with other people day by day.
About your baby’s health & nutrition
Your child can eat anything you prepare for him/her at home.
Advice on the activities
Considering that, kids are more interested in physical play, we suggest that parents give them the opportunity to play and strengthen their physical development. Take them for a walk or for playing. With the cognitive development, your kids will be asking you so many questions. It is a natural process by which they get to remember things. Make sure you read them stories, engage them in puzzles, and give them the opportunity to learn more.
Now, it is time to train your child about social life. Teach them manners and important things that are expected of them socially.
